Policies
Cancellation Policy:
Your appointments are very important to our team at The Grayson Salon & Spa, your appointment time is allotted specifically for you to enjoy your services.
When you forget or cancel your appointment without giving a 24-hour notice, your stylist or esthetician loses the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

We do understand that sometimes unavoidable situations arise, and schedule adjustments are necessary. We will do our best to work with you in the event of an emergency. Your individual circumstances into consideration.
However, we respectfully request at least a 24-hour notice to adjust or reschedule your appointments.
We ask that all new clients provide a credit card number upon booking and provide a $50 deposit that is deducted at time of service. If we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations, $50 service fee will be applied to your credit card.

We thank you for your loyalty. As a courtesy, all appointments made more than 24-hours before the appointment will be confirmed via e-mail, text, or phone call.

We Honor Your Time as Well
Performing services is not an exact science and at times there are situations that require extended time beyond the normal service time slot. Whenever possible we will contact you by phone/text/email to let you know that we are running behind.

Confirmation of Appointments:
As a courtesy, we will email, text, or call to confirm your appointment 48 hours in advance. However, if we are unable to reach you, and can only leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid No-Show or Cancellation Fees. Not receiving a 48-hour appointment confirmation reminder will not excuse you from No-Show or Cancellation Fees. PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL YOUR CLIENT INFORMATION IS UP TO DATE AND CORRECT TO GET REMINDER MESSAGES.

Arrival Time:
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. If you arrive late, we cannot guarantee the full length of your service, however you will be responsible for payment in full.

Repeat No Shows
Repeated no shows will be required to Pre-Pay when Booking appointments appointment is missed
Retail Guarantee:
The Grayson Salon & Spa carries the most advanced product lines available and our recommendations are based on our experience and what we feel would work best for your needs.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your retail purchase, you may bring back your product for an exchange, refund, or store credit within 30 days of purchase; proof of purchase is required.
Brushes, flat irons, blow-dryers, and all other appliances are Final Sales and non-returnable. Please note that each appliance comes with a factory warranty upon purchase.

Salon Guarantee:
The Grayson Salon & Spa is a team environment, and customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our goal is to give you the best experience from start to finish, and for you to walk out our door 100% satisfied with your service. If for any reason you are unhappy with the services you received, we would like the opportunity to correct or redo your service free of charge.

Service Guarantee:
*When returning for a correction or redo service, please contact the salon within 2 weeks of your original service.
*Redo services will be scheduled with your original service provider whenever possible, but if you prefer someone new please let us know when scheduling.
*Please understand that the redo guarantee does not apply if you decide to completely change the original look given from the original appointment or the initial consultation.
*If you are still unhappy with your service, we will fully refund your original service. Refund requests must be received within 2 weeks of service completion.

*Keratin Complex Smoothing Treatment services require a $100.00 credit card deposit to hold the appointment and will be non-refundable
